Boxing is one of the most demanding but also most rewarding forms of exercise training. The circuit includes pad work, footwork and shadow boxing, skipping, cardiovascular and strength drills. Boxing Circuits conditions your entire body and provides one of the most challenging and enjoyable workouts of our week at AFC. The session will improve you’re self confidence, speed, co-ordination, endurance and strength. A great cardio workout guaranteed to burn calories what ever fitness level.
